Find elegant comfort in North Dakota's capital city.

The H&D Schilling Building, featuring North Dakota's own Hebron Brick, draws her design cues from the 1930s. In the two-story lobby you”ll find several architectural influences including classic railings, terrazzo floors, vintage radiators, and historic photos. The elevator carries its passengers to the top with a view of the northern horizon. This Class A building features twenty-four open-air balconies, underground heated and secure parking, and heated sidewalks.

Starbucks, Pure Barre, Leela & Lavendar, Lilly Valley Baby, and Wiang, a Thai Restuarant are located on the main floor.

2ND Floor
Build your vision. Approximately 1,500 square feet is available to lease on the Southwest corner of the second floor.

About Us

 

 

Harvey and Diane Schilling, longtime community members and business owners in Bismarck, are constructing the H&D Schilling Building located on the corner of State Street & 43rd Avenue in Bismarck, ND. Their son and business partner, Cary Schilling, leads the design team to craft a timeless structure of brick and stone that showcases the artisans of North Dakota.
